Up next - September 13, The Swell Season at ACL Live!
I don't think they can top the show we saw last July in Rochester, NY, but I'm sure they can equal it.

Oct 30th in Cheltenham... Gong at the Deya brewery taproom - hopefully loud enough to drown out any braying trendies only there to be seen (and, unfortunately, heard)!

Cardiff bluegrass band, Taff Rapids, tomorrow in Swansea. If the show is anywhere near as good as their recent album, it'll be a blast.

I was looking at Aussie Pink Floyd at Swansea arena in November.
Then I looked at the ticket prices.
Now I'm looking at the David Gilmour performance film at Cardiff IMAX.

I was also looking at Aussie Pink Floyd in Manchester. No way can I justify those prices (even for the "cheapest" seats). I'll do a couple of more reasonable gigs and still have change.

Just looked...just shy of £70 inc fees for the cheapies! That is utterly preposterous.

Understandably a less grand production, but I paid considerably less to see Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets there not so long ago... Edit- All the cheaper tickets appear to have sold, with just the VIP experience tickets remaining. To quote- "Includes premium ticket, pre-show soundcheck, pre-recorded behind the scenes short film montage, Q&A, limited-edition reusable tote bag which includes: a souvenir laminate and collectable 2025 tour poster".

I paid just shy of £30 for the This Is Floyd concert at our community centre last weekend. Again they have back projection and a lazer light show which all costs money, I'm sure. No inflatable kangaroo though!
The David Gilmour concert film at our local cinema was much cheaper (£12), though not IMAX.
