Robin Williamson - Ring Dance
Tim Laycock & Friends - Harvest Hwome
Aly Bain & Phil Cunningham - The Best Of...
V/A - The Best of Jazz-Funk

4 albums for £1

And I've just downloaded the Trees reissue from a few years ago (the 3 CD, 37 track set) from *m*z*n for £7.99

Don't know the other two but Ring Dance is brilliant.  As is the Trees set, of course.

Incidentally I picked up a solo Ally Bain best of the other day at the chazzer for a quid...and it appears to be rather pricey online.  Anybody know why?

Yesterday in Waterstones in Liverpool, in their clearance section, I spotted a (hardback) copy of Rick Rubin's The Creative Act, no dust cover, no price other than the original of £27... took it to the till, asked how much?   "Call it 3 quid, mate"!
