I notice that there is actually a break on Saturday evening from 19:30-19:55.

This, it seems to me, would be a good time to have the toast.

Can we agree on 19:30 at the Bar, then?

I would nominate Wendy Leslie who is always so cheerful and willing to role up her sleeves when needed.

My fermentation process is nearing completion ,soon the blending.

Recent years has seen my "STUFF" turn out disappointingly pleasant, I hope for much worse this year.
