This is a competition without a prize.  Cheesy

List up to five artists that you think might still make the lineup for Cropredy 2018.

5 Points for a headliner, 3 points for other acts and 1 point for offering to buy me a pint.

James Taylor
Jackson Browne
First Aid Kit
KT Tunstall
Galleon Blast

Saw Galleon Blast at Wirral last year. No beer for Colin from me if that's on his list.

Not keen to repeat the experience. However, they were followed on by Lindisfarne who played hit after hit for over two hours and really rocked the place up.

OK then - this may be more of a wishlist than a realistic thing but...

Mark Knopfler
Camel
Seth Lakeman
False Lights
The Rails

(I'd be over the moon if James Taylor or Jackson Browne did play, though!)

Hawkwind

Stiff Little Fingers

Probably unlikely.  Shocked

Galleon Blast would be a great addition, though. So funny. Never fail to disappoint, as Mark himself might say.

Dream Headliners  for me would be any one of ;

Subway to Sally..                    Would love to see the Potsdam Bulls live anywhere the UK

Three Doors Down                  Love these guys .Don't know why they aren't better known in the UK.

Saxon                                    Just brilliant songs.Wheels of Steel and Princes of the night in particular.

The Cure                                They would eat the field and spit it out live. A show as energetic as Alice's

Kaiser Chiefs                           Allerton Bywater is a quiet ex pit village , how it produced these guys???

more chance of Jacob Rees-Mogg defecting to the Labour Party and joining Momentum than any of them though.

The headliners don't always go on last.
If the top turn is acoustic, they can go on before something boisterous to finish the day.

As PJ seems to have reformed LJE for a few gigs this summer, perhaps an option. They're certainly overdue a return to Cropredy.
