It's just been pointed out to me that today would have been Sandy's 69th Birthday.

David, have a look at my fb page.

I think - sadly - that's when you realise online forums like this are relics of the past.  Social Media is where it's at... Not saying I like that, but I do think it's true.

I think this one is a lot healthier than several I've took part in over the years.  I feel that it very much still has legs.

- although I do get messages from the Fb pages, this is so much more user-friendly, and I don't get bombarded with so much rubbish stuff.
I also feel that Fb is always trying to point me in directions I don't want to take, whereas here I can easily search back through comments I want to re-visit.

Real time inter-personal activity (accompanied by liquid refreshment) - in my case morris practice.

I was cooking, doing the laundry, loading the dishwasher, changing a lightbulb, working on some music files, and taking delivery of my new guitar amp.

I may have given a false impression here.  I only did the cooking and the light bulb changing at the same time.  Everything else was sequential and ordered (though not alphabetically).   Wink

Besides, Bridge, think of the terrible political rows we'd have!   Shocked

My wife can multitask. She can forget where her phone is, forget where her keys are, forget where her coat is, and forget the names of our sons all at the same time.
