"That's Teddy Thompson's dad, isn't it?"    Nice version. Didn't realise his accent was so strong. |

I can't remember who kindly mailed me and said they would make sure Jude's intro and the first track were captured on video. Does anyone have it, or any Jude related clips? Thank ya! |

We had an argument the other night - all because she said I didn't open the car door for her.  She said I panicked and swam out my side first.... | | |

Here's a rarity, then!  The famed Gottle O'Geer line-up (Swarbrick, Pegg, Ar Bras, Burridge, Brady and Rowland) live on Rockpalast, German TV 1976.   When First Into This Country, with all members playing, unlike the album.  Low and wavering sound, however.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8f5izq5pGaY |

Before any other GoG ones... here's an audience video of FC doing All The Dance Numbers at Cropredy '95:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANPtsCJqI8o Not great quality but rare.  The song appeared on Peggy's 'Cocktail Cowboy' album.  It was written by Australian singer/songwriter Glenn Cardier who is still recording, and writing great songs, in a folk/blues/roots kind of style.  Lyrics range from twisted to cynical to touching.  See www.glenncardier.com; especially the videos page (and the story re the Expectatiions clip      ).  He has a new DVD out soon too. There's plenty of other stuff from this Cropredy video, of no better quality, but I wanted to show Glenn this one! |
