I listened/watched that a couple of days ago,i got it from "Dime" and it includes three songs,the other two being Sir B McKenzie and Cropredy Capers.There is also some chat (in German) and some Joni Mitchell footage.

The song appeared on Peggy's 'Cocktail Cowboy' album. It was written by Australian singer/songwriter Glenn Cardier who is still recording, and writing great songs, in a folk/blues/roots kind of style. Lyrics range from twisted to cynical to touching.
