I have some vague recollection of this being mentioned, but I couldn't find it anywhere...so thought it warranted a thread on its own. Vicki Clayton UK dates 2026-27 (Note: There are THREE pages of dates): https://vikkiclayton.info/uk-tour-2026-27?calendar_page=1

Its been years since I've seen Vicky, it was at DeMontford Hall at Oysterbands Big Session, so looking forward to seeing her at Cromer Pier festival.

Apols for getting the spelling wrong in the subject header - can someone correct, please?

Tempted with the Hay-on-Wye gig.
Last time I saw her in concert was back in the Nineties at Nettlebed, in a trio. It was all a bit too jazz for me that night so I would hope for something a bit folkier this time round.

I've just looked at the dates, as well as the picture above. What's all this 'Folk Diva' business?

Indeed, I think that could have been worded better...

Seems to be how she markets herself. Don't quite know why. Maybe it was a description someone gave her once? But given the double meaning of 'diva', it may not be the best one (maybe it doesn't have the pejorative meaning in Australia?).
