Some of you might remember back in 2005, the publication of the Cropredy Festival book 'Festival Folk'. Simon Nicol, Ric Sanders and Vo Fletcher very kindly played a promo gig at the Chipping Norton Bookshop by kind invitation of Patrick Neale and Polly Jaffe (now enlarged & moved to Jaffe & Neale Bookshop still in Chipping Norton).  At last I've partly overcome technology to get a video onto YouTube, sorry it's not edited (I haven't learnt that yet) so please excuse my rambling introduction on the film, but hopefully you'll agree the music that follows is GREAT !!  And see if you can spot the stars (Jude!! and Gareth!!) - and maybe some of you too?

Thank you folks, four's good. I think I'll watch it again - I particularly love the first tune which I know as 'The Raggle Taggle Gypsies' although I think it has other names too.

And Gareth too, Jenny - the man who makes the Festival! That year (2005) was his first - I think he was studying the book to find out what it was all about! (or perhaps how weird the audience looks!).   (His first Cropredy Festival that is, he was already well experienced in live music organisation).
