Why do I sometimes get this message:-

"The last posting from your IP was less than 30 seconds ago. Please try again later."

It seems to be fairly random, and I usually have to leave the site and eneter again and then try again.  Certainly the '30 seconds' factor seems to have nothing to do with it.
