Just a reminder that the discussion of politics is not allowed on this board.
These topics always result in name calling and flame wars. There are plenty of other forums where these things are discussed.

Yes there are grey areas. Yes a lot of folk music is political and possibly there could discussions about politics, but without a political bias.
However until the election is past the no politics rule will be applied extra strictly.

It is where a discussion on a bulletin board deteriorates into people just hurling abuse at each other. Often one person with several accounts attacking another member.

Most bulletin boards suffer from this, because they allow members to be anonymous and this does seem to bring out the worst in people.

I had hoped someone had started a thread about Politics!!! I have such a lot that I'm desperate to post on the subject  Roll Eyes
