Town Hall Brum Fri 5 Oct 7:30pm

some of the world’s greatest rock legends join an all-star line-up to raise funds for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital Red Balloon Appeal. A celebration of the heyday of Brum Rock-Line up (subject to availability) includes Bev Bevan’s Move, Jasper Carrott, John Lodge (Moody Blues), Dave Pegg (Fairport Convention) and Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin).

I remember Peggy learnt of this event on the day Fairport played the Symphony Hall back in February. If you recall he spent a couple of hours in the afternoon taking a look around the newly renovated Town hall and the curator brought this event to Peggy's attention. Peggy phoned Bev Bevan, who I believe is helping to organise the concert, to offer his services.
