Someone has cocked up somewhere. No car stickers sent out yet. Bet there not done. Omission that will cost as a second set of postage will be required.

TF have confirmed they forgot to put them in the first two sets posted out, so please ring if you want your sticker...have your order no. handy. Tel. 0333 300 3010

When I phoned they are aware of the error in dispatch and they will be sent out separately.

Umm, surely they should just be sent out automatically, why should people have to phone? Are the calls chargeable?  Huh

Lorna, I think you are correct, I got the impression that it would automatically by posted out.

Sit tight (without phone call) and if see if anything appears.

It was just a general thought. I just thought they must have a record of peopleís addresses, but maybe they donít due retain it due to GDPR.

People would be better off trying the number to be on the safe side, as itís been given.

I've just received an email from The Ticket Factory which says: "It has come to our attention during dispatch, that not all customers havee (sic) been sent the souvenir windscreen sticker. As your booking was one of the affected orders this is to inform you that your windscreen sticker will be sent to you under separate cover."

My car sticker arrived this morning - I phoned them on Friday to say it wasn't included.

The swindle bit was a joke. A play on the words of the  1979 film and Album by the sex pistols.

At no point was it supposed to be taken seriously.

Been a while since I got a sticker. Didn't they used to be reverse printed so you could stick them on the inside of the window? Or is this the same (not tried yet).
