Well!..That says a lot about the community I live in...Received an email this morning from The Beacon centre in Wantage, to let me know that the Led Zeppelin/Deep Purple tribute band concert next week is cancelled & a refund will follow... Poor ticket sales I am guessing on checking the website seating plan a few days ago!...Bizarrely, a wine tasting evening next month at the same venue, has limited availability & will likely sell out... People Eh!  Huh

The Heimatdamisch, tomorrow evening. Bavarian oompah versions of pop and rock classics. Should be a belter.

Love this Kim Wilde cover:

I'm seeing them on Saturday!

You're all in for a treat. The show at Oxford was exceptional.

No spoilers except ...

 ... Enjoy!

I saw some photos from one of the concerts. Who is the lass playing fiddle and oboe (replacing Paul Sartin, I assume)?

Caution Horses is  the album that got me “in to “ them .I’ve been a fan ever since. I don’t think they’ve done a bad album ever.

Some more Americana at St Edith's club in Otford (nr. Sevenoaks) Friday week - the Curst Sons (whoop-it-up Americana, all the way from Brighton!). See

https://www.wegottickets.com/event/527856

The club has "A Winter Union" on two weeks after, but as a true Bah-Humbug man, I'll give that one a miss

Am in Acapela, Cardiff waiting for Los Endos, a Genesis tribute. They have some amazing instruments on stage & they come highly recommended so should be a good night!  Cheesy

Trials Of Cato tomorrow night.

They were the last band I saw before lockdown but this'll be the first time I've caught a show since Will Addison left and Polly Bolton joined the band. She's an excellent musician but Will was a huge part of the sound so I'm slightly trepidatious.

Fingers crossed though.
