I've got Thea Gilmore's and Vikki Clayton's but was wondering if anybody had reccomendations for any others which may be worth a listen.  I was always hoping Mary Black may have added to her Sandy covers to make a full album, but sadly not yet.

I own "Secrets All Told: The Songs of Sandy Denny" by No Grey Faith (Iain Matthews and friends).

I've only listened to it once, and then put it away.  I should dust it off and give another listen.  I was fairly unfamiliar with the tunes when I first bought it.

The Julie July Band do a fine job of interpreting some of Sandy's songs...

Agreed. Not heard the album, but it's a worthwhile live experience.  Smiley

I've heard of it, and would like to hear it, but have never come across a copy at a reasonable price

Look chaps, ive had the pleasure of giving this cd a roof since it was released, but if anyone else wants to send me £100, in used, unmarked notes, inc p&p. I'll hand my copy to the pony express for delivery to your good selves.
You have no conception as to just how much of a wrench this will be for me, but i consider my music collection as being only temporarily in my loving care.
I eagerly await the flood of responses.

I blew the dust off my copy last night and discovered I got Iain Matthews to autograph the front cover a few years ago. I'll take £200 for mine!  Wink

I have only seen a few of Linde Nijland's interpretations of Sandy's songs on YouTube and to be honest: I think she does the songs no favour. Timing and frasing are vastly inferior to those of Denny. It sounds a bit rigid and clumsy. When I first heard them I thought anyone who has heard the originals would be disappointed. But then again some of the people who have known Sandy Denny seem to think Linde is pretty good at it..

Thanks for the replies.  It's proving quite an expensive question.  (Re-)Bought Vikki's (having found it gone), got Julie's and Iain Matthews' is on the way.  Linde is on fairly locally towards the end of May, so I may take a punt on going to see her.
