Just thought Iíd pop this up as Sheen and I are attending this year.
They are limiting numbers so it doesnít lose its intimate feel.

Incidentally....early bird tickets have cost us £55 each with 3 nights FREE camping /Motorhome..

So you won't be at New Forest Folk Fest next year, shame.

Unfortunate that they clash or I would have liked to go along. (I already have a NFFF ticket)

Have a great time.

Itís a little more close to home Keith.
I suppose we are trying to see bands we havenít seen before rather than acts we have seen quite a lot.
....and you know Sheen ,she is very much in to never going back to anywhere. Itís always, Ďwhatís round the next corner.í

Saw The Noble Jacks at the GBFF last week.
An extremely young band who are very much influenced by The Levellers, but had some terrific original songs and great energy.
Well worth seeking out.

I agree with Bill. The Noble Jacks certainly were very good. They know how to get the party started.

I enjoyed them but feel that their music works on one level ....frenetic!  this could become tiresome after a while  Grin Grin

I think I saw you in an ice-cream parlour, drinking milk shakes cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine, don't think
You knew you were in this song
