I'm definitely in the Christmas spirit now after last night's fabulous performance in Maldon.  Grin

Mr. Hughes comes up with some hilarious stuff as usual! The whole show was delightful music and harmony, oh Chris and Julie, what voices to stun an audience from laughter to a quiet audience intently listening to every word sung. Chris Leslie reflects on his childhood 'best gift'  Grin

I always try and see whose turn it is for the 'St. Agnes annual cold' Chris While and David are this years hanky users!  Grin It didn't spoil the performance, voices and musicianship one tiny bit!

See you next year Maldon.

Having only seen them live once, when I travelled to Worcester, I'd love the Aggies to perform in South Wales - is it too much to ask if they could do it next year?

There's at least half a dozen of us who would go! And I'm sure we'd be able to encourage a big audience.  The Barry Island Sports and Social Club is a nice venue.  Grin Kiss Smiley

Email jill Darke, their manager & agent and ask/suggest/promote (I suspect the lack of one is your problem) - details on their website

I think they'd expect a little more than 6 people there!

Norwegian Church in Cardiff Bay would have a better catchment area

Last night in Belper, Derbyshire they were really on top form.
Everything they did was just perfect (well almost everything!)
The musicianship was second to none and some of the songs were incredibly stunning, what a voice Chris While has!
The church was packed with Christmas trees beautifully lit up, very Atmospheric.
Each member of the band was very welcoming and friendly even though they are
approaching the end of the tour.
Best of all...  tomorrow they play for us at Farnsfield Acoustic, I am soooo
lucky!
If you are coming don’t forget your Xmas jumper... there were very few last night.
