The ACB appear to have cancelled about half their planned 2018 dates - including irritatingly Settle where we had planned to see them.

Anybody know why? Any insights? Hopefully no health problems!

Edit: This seems not to be correct. Please read later posts. Colin

We contacted the Victoria Theatre in Settle directly and were told that the gig had been cancelled.

We've now booked into Barton and tickets for that one are on their way to us.

Hi, Simon

The original gig list came from the ACB FB page.

We wanted to see you at Settle, found you weren't listed on their site. When my wife rang up to enquire, she was told the gig had been cancelled. Then, when we looked for other gigs, ENTS had only 6 - so we booked Barton, the only other one we could do.

Keith

Iíve spoken to Ann Harding at Settle just now. The gig is definitely happening and she would be very keen to know who you spoke to at the hall.  Also these listings agents like Ents24 are notorious for only listing the gigs that they are ticket agents for.
Most of these gigs will go live on listings in September.  But I assure you they are all happening.

Hi, Simon (and all)

My wife spoke by phone with a female at the Victoria Hall around about 11 AM on Friday 17th - didn't get her name. The woman told my wife she had looked on the computer and said the gig had been listed and then cancelled.

My wife's looking at the Victoria Hall website even as I'm writing. They've got events listed on 6 and 8 December and then nothing until 1 February.

Sorry to have created a mini-panic and glad everything is OK. Clearly someone at Settle has got their wires crossed.

See you and the guys in Barton!
