My friend Sue Anello interviewed them about the new recordings, and about XTC, last March, and then I got to do the editing and sound enhancements. The interview was broadcast in two parts later on, on WFMU, and can be heard at these two links:
Part 1 - http://www.wfmu.org/playlists/shows/78703
Part 2 - http://www.wfmu.org/playlists/shows/78923

Sure wish I was able to go to see them!

Thanks for those, Sam.  I'm very much looking forward to the gig.  Andy posted something encouraging about the gigs online, I think.  I wouldn't be surprised if he's there for at least one of them.  He's not going to get onstage though, is he.  Is he?   Smiley

Ticket booked for November 1st...Pretty excited now... Smiley

From Andy (Partridge) on his twitter page..."Just to nip any rumours in the bud, no, I won't be going along in any capacity to these gigs. It's their fish to fry. I'll be out of town and out of gobbing/moshing range."

"I wish them well, as I do Dave, in his ventures."

Immensely pleased to have got to one of those shows now.

"I'd just like to say that I am calling it a day with TC& I and have no plans to do anymore.
And music itself is on the back burner for now, as I wish to spend more time with my family.

I hope people are not too disappointed in me, and I'd just like to thank everyone for the support they have shown Terry and I in these last two years.

And to all who came to the gigs and gave us such a triumphant return — I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

All the best
Colin"
