Not a reissue but doesn't seem to a thread called "New issues of interest" so:

Alison O'Donnell (of Mellow Candle & Owl Service etc -and probably well known to TAW posters) has a new LP called "Climb Sheer The Fields of Peace"

http://megadodo.bigcartel.com/product/alison-o-donnell-climb-sheer-the-fields-of-peace

£8 from the label

They also have a live album from Rockpile (Dave Edmunds, Nick Lowe et al) just out.

Yes, I have this on my amazon wish list -- meaning I may buy it but haven't decided. I got a 7" of a Nick Drake cover a few years ago, by Alison O'donnel.

Music on Vinyl, who do a lot of vanilla vinyl reissues, are reissuing Shirley and Dolly Collins : Anthems in Eden in August. Seeing as the CD seems to be  have been unavailable for a while, this is good news. Or at least is to the likes of me - I'm happy to buy another MoV LP.

Your post prompted me to order it, and I await it with interest. Should make up the the truly awful CD of their album which I have (not the Esoteric one, the other, supposedly approved by Tony Durant).

Not exactly a reissue, but a compilation of Shirley Collins material on CD and vinyl.

Number of discs: 1?  There's a lot of packaging with that disc.  Grin

What an odd title.

Much as I love Donald, I can't really justify this just for the disc of non album tracks. I have all the others.

Surely could have been accommodated on three CD's?
