If you don't mind downloads, it is available through iTunes.  Might be easier than trying to find the CD version!

This came out around 1995 and vinyl copies were scarce. I think it'll be worth having for the sonics, which in part make it one of the most interesting 'country' albums ive heard.

Yes, it is. I have the CD.
 The album had a very limited Record Store Day release just a few years ago.
