Very sad to hear that Julie Felix has left us.

Here's her lovely take on Peter Knight's "From A Lullaby Kiss", with PK accompanying.

That is beautiful...

A concert by the Kennedys streamed from their Greenwich Village apartment.  Not live, I’m afraid (I did not read their newsletter quickly enough – sorry).  Free to watch on YouTube, with a link to a tip jar.  The set-list came from fan-requests and, as usual, includes a couple of Byrds songs.

A song for our times from Neil Diamond – ‘Sweet Caroline’ with new lyrics relating to coronavirus.  Very nice, although it appears to have sent his dog to sleep!

Some wonderful improv from one of the best acoustic guitarists in the country, Toby Hay

Joan Baez’s ‘get well soon’ song for John Prine, who is currently suffering with the virus.  It is one of his songs.

Although not absolutely fantastic quality, this is a definite upgrade, and an entertaining watch.

Really nice version. I like the version from the Roots album which I've been listening to recently. That late 60s/early 70s era is probably my favourite of the Everly's. Thanks for posting.

I wasn't sure if this could go in the Fairport related thread, but on this day in today in 1895, Mance Lipscomb was born.

Here he is playing a familiarish tune.

New Neil and the Horse.

Sadly, like so much of his recent output, I think it's somewhat lyrically trite and one dimensional musically, but hey don't let that put you off.  For those that do, enjoy...  Smiley
