Kathryn Roberts & Sean Lakeland tonight at Nettlebed. Just listened to the new album and I'm very impressed. Seems like a step up from the last one, so it should be a good evening.

An evening with Roger Daltrey on 18th October at the Royal Festival Hall.  Not a gig, an 'in conversation with' as a launch for his autobiography. It's got a great title "Thanks a lot Mr Kibblewhite".  The headmaster who expelled him from school, aged 15.  The rest is history, I guess.

Sir Paul McCartney / The National / David Byrne, American Express Stage, Zilker Park, Austin, Texas, tomorrow!

This is the second weekend of the ACL Festival.  I checked the old database, and I have attended this Fest only twice in my life, despite living here.  In 2008, we saw Robert Plant/Alison Krauss and John Fogerty.  In 2010, we saw the Eagles, the Flaming Lips, and a minor guitarist named Richard Thompson.

Three Cropredys, three ACLs, two Sonoma Music Festivals, a couple Old Settlers, one Day in the Garden, and I'm about all festivaled out.

Muse at the RAH, 3/12/18. Tickets went on sale at 9 o'clock and were instantly sold out. >Sigh<
(Yes, they were expensive, but this isn't about price. I've never seen them.)
