Willie Nelson/Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real - Tonight, the Moody Theater at ACL Live, in cold downtown Austin, Texas!

This will be our third consecutive year attending Willie's now annual New Year's concert events at this venue, where I saw 15 shows last year.

Maybe Alejandro Escovedo and friends at ACL Live tomorrow night.  Depends on the weather and how I'm feeling at the moment.

Trivia - I last saw Alejandro in 1982 at the Texas Union Ballroom, playing rhythm guitar with the great cowpunk band "Rank and File."  It was the loudest concert I had attended, to that point.

I need an editor. I was not playing rhythm guitar for Rank and File. He was.

Yes, seen them a couple of times, even better live than on album. Hoping to be at this myself.

Joan Baez on  farewell tour. I'm undecided due to high price of tickets - the least pricey are sold out.
