As an aside, Dave Hull-Denholm's project with Ian Thompson, from a few years back,The Alan Hull Songbook is well worth a listen.

They've recorded songs roughly demoed by Alan in the late Sixties. Even though it would have been nice to have Alan's own vocals, Dave sings the songs excellently and it's lovely as a fan to have "new" Alan Hull material to listen to.
