In the end there wasn't too much beer quaffed at £4.50 for a crappy plastic bottle of Carlsberg! Excellent gig though and fantastic to hear 'Vincent' live at last. |

Yes I also notice Maart. Good gig. One thing my mate pointed out is that most other acts whose professional career stretches back to the late 60s would be playing material predominantly from early in their careers, whereas I think last night he only played one song that was pre-80s (For Shame of Doing Wrong, Hey Joe excepted) and the biggest cheer of the night was for Vincent from 1992 (ish). Testament to RTs continued relevance and consistently high quality songwriting. I think Wall of Death was the best version I've ever heard. And Michael Jerome is such a good drummer, a joy to watch. |

None of my friends have heard of him so I couldn't get anyone to tag along  It would be great to meet up with someone from this community though. |
