I'll be there for Blackbeards.

(Not sure if this is connected but Dave Pegg and Anthony Clarke were due to play in Leicester on the same night but I see it has been cancelled.)

Not connected directly as it was a gig set up by the Guildhall on their own.  Should never have been put on the same night though.

Well what an absolutely wonderful gig that was.

Pennyless, from Bourne in South Lincs, played a lovely support set - a well executed trad set with impressive self penned stuff.  They deserve a wider audience.

Blimey.  BTP were a bit good.  Wow.

Thanks Andy.

Great music and free mince pies, what more could you want.

Pleased that Fay Brotherhood will be returning for a rare gig in her home County. She will support Louis Barabbas on 15th March.

Pleased to announce that the bands for my Birthday Gig on Friday 30th September at the Musician will be The Band from County Hell and the Brandy Thieves. This will definitely be a raucous and lively evening of great music.

Yet again I have decided to carry on with the madness of promoting gigs.

So the first one of 2017 is:

Tuesday 21st Feb - Worry Dolls + Emma Ballantine - The Musician Leicester.

Hope to see some of you there.

Sorry I'm not getting to your gigs Andy but walking, well either standing or sitting for long periods, is becoming a real problem.

Excited by the gig I have just confirmed, Midnight Skyracer. I have liked the Carrivick Sisters for a long time and this is a five piece band they have now formed. So if you fancy a night of great music be at The Musician on Thursday 22nd June.

Tickets: http://www.wegottickets.com/event/392855
