I've been trying to remember all the FC wintour supporters, and while I can recall most I'm sure I've forgotten some...

Has anyone made a complete list (or even a partial list!)??

As rumour had earlier reported, we HAD been hoping (until relatively recently) for the four sisters from Scotland - Give Way to be the support, but for one reason or another the logistics didn't permit such an outcome. They made a great impression on us all even before we saw them play live at Cropredy but these things are always harder to arrange than they look from outside. We're more than delighted to have as the '08 support the shy, subtle and supremely talented ANTHONY JOHN CLARKE who, for those of you who were late on parade in August, was compere on the Thursday and whom we'd met when he was headlining the Banbury Folk Festival. You can check his website http://www.anthonyjohnclarke.com/ (Time you freshened it up Anthony!!) You're going to love his blend of dry humour and affecting story-telling and are looking forward to getting to know him even better. He's got a lovely voice too. The bastard!

See you around - not long now!

Simon - the Cambridge Corn Exchange still list support as TTL and the tour as '40th Anniversairy'.

So any of the gigs that fall on a Tuesday will have karaoke, then?

Simon,

As I've mentioned somewhere on TAW before, S Albans also has all the 2007 info in their printed booklet, and TTL are on the tickets, too. I haven't seen any posters yet (as of last Wednesday, when I last passed a St Albans bus stop), but I would guess they've probably been printed already, given the proximity of the event. Seems like they've just re-hashed the publicity material from last year. It's a bit disappointing that the posters aren't up yet.

Looking forward to seeing you all on 1st Feb, including Anthony John Clarke.

Just back from a walk into St Albans, and the posters are now up, and correct in every respect (including having the Cropredy dates at the bottom).

The Alban Arena still has TTL as support on their website.

They also have 6 fewer tickets available as of a few minutes ago  Wink  2 cars will be heading north from "Muswell Hill borders" - pausing to make suitable offerings at "Fairport" as we pass.
