With the exception of the Tull set, Gerry was the drummer

...............and was absolutely brilliant! He must have been on stage almost as much as Peggy. Great percussion and lead vocals(well almost) on "Best Wishes".

Terrific evening. Impossible to pick out highlights, but............(as others have said) Dan Ar Bras, Beth Neilson Chapman and a truly wonderful "Hen's March" from Swarb.

10, "Wait for the tide to come in" - Fairport 2007
11.. "Feelin Lazy" Steve Ashley with Fairport

Yes, we recognised their faces, and much of their clothing.

Peggy must have an awful lot of T-shirts to shift!

It was a fantastic, wonderfull, most memorable night made even more enjoyable by meeting so many TAWers.

Highlights for me were Dirty Linen, Hens March, David Hughes, The fantastic fiddle set, Dan ar Bras and Beth NC. Probably one of the best mixed gigs I've ever been to!

Here's a photo of the crowd enthusiastically waiting for the show to start..

Michael Hunter of Fiddlestix has posted this to YouTube.. as
supplied by Neil Wayne of Free Reed - (I hope it's ok for me to pass it on...)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jZJAQOL3UQ

It's Meet On The Ledge, recorded live at Dave Pegg's recent 60th
birthday bash, with a "spot the star" grouping on stage.

Just watched this. It's great but apart from a lack of Tull's there didn't seem to be much of a certain Mr. Hughes, unless I'm going blind  Cool Cool Was he still stuck backstage? Lips Sealed
