 Re the Breakfast In Mayfair song, I believe the BBC wiped the master video tape. Good old Beeb, plenty of Black & White Minstrel shows left so no worries eh?   
 The programme predated VHS by at least five years - any off-air copy would have to be on a reel to reel tape or maybe U-Matic. Or even err, "wonderful" Philips half inch format.
 
 Maybe somebody rescued a video tape from a BBC skip - stranger things have happened.
