Time for a difficult question...

How do you rate your peers in the button-pushing world?

Is Squeezy up to snuff? Does Andy Cutting cut it? Is John Kirkpatrick the Daddy? Would you spar with Norbert Pignol? How low do you bow when Kepa Junkera enters the room?

Go on, no being nice now, spill the beens and dig the dirt!   Wink  Grin

Cheers

Groove and Jones, this is the Talkawhile section.

This is where well known musicians agree to answer questions about aspects of their professional career. Nick's question is addressed to the very talented Simon Care.

But, in answer to your quandary; Randle. Mad as a hatter.

Thanks Cocker. I shall try to be more careful with phrasing next time  Embarrassed

Mind you, a backbiting thread that sets board member upon board member could be quite fun  Roll Eyes  Grin

OK Honesty corner.

John Kirkpatrick - God
Andy Cutting - Son of God , brilliant, (wish he would play more English stuff)
Saul Rose - love his playing (plenty of b*ll*cks)
Tim Van Eyken - bit too pretty for me
John Spiers - yes, like his choice of material
Gareth Turner - needs to learn a new solo and let me have mine back.......lol
Mark Bazeley - master of the art of Dartmoor playing
Rod Stradling - not fussed....again down to choice of material
Kepa Junkera - not fussed with his material......technically outstanding
Riccardo Tesi ----- again not fussed by foreign players
Rees Wesson ......he's a bloody animal .......great player
Katie Howson .......great one row player
I suppose i don't have a problem with anybodies style of playing , its normally their choice of material that puts me off. I am not fussed by any of the foreign players cause i like listening to English Trad Music.
