The missus and myself were watching Ian Nairn's travels across the UK, and we ar trying to identify the song heard at about 4 minutes 20 seconds into the video here :

According to shazam (other apps are available  ;) ;D) it's:

Schoolyard Song by Harry Ogden. The album suggested by Shazam for finding it is Deep Lancashire: Songs, Ballads and Verse from the Industrial North west of England released in 1997. The Oldham Tinkers and Mike Harding are also featured on the album.

Deep Lancashire was originally released in 1968. There was a follow-up called Owdham Edge featuring most of the same artists, and I think the re-release features songs from both. Both albums are on Spotify.

In fact, having looked on Spotify, the song was originally released on Owdham Edge.
