Title: Richard Thompson in the New Yorker
Post by: RobertD on October 22, 2018, 07:09:16 PM
A friend alerted me to this article-

 https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2018/10/29/richard-thompson-rides-out-a-storm-on-the-staten-island-ferry?fbclid=IwAR1MBhvBCOONsBzXd-bR2YNofBTegEhgeioSsmi1n9AdvJrZaJje-dPWCVo

Montclair, btw is a college town in New Jersey about an hour outside of New York City by commuter train. Staten Island Ferry not mandatory transportation! I have not been there in awhile myself but its a cool town. I hope he settles in, and I hope there are an uptick of NYC gigs now!

If nothing else, that article has reminded me of the great Spalding Gray.

True. All I can say is I hope Richard is ready for our colder winters compared to Los Angeles!
