Blue Cheer are still out there performing. Not sure who is in the band these days other than Dickie Peterson...although he and Leigh Stephens did a show just a few days ago. I am pretty sure Peterson and drummer Paul Whaley are still doing...well, whatever it is Blue Cheer does!  :o

Just did some checking...apparently Leigh Stephens ended up a pretty successful photographer/graphic artist. Cool.

Simply because I like stating the obvious you understand...

Songs From The Blue House

Not only do you get Blue, you also get a wonderful blend of genres in keeping with the concept...
Blues, Rythm & blues, etc...

Mic ;D ;D

There is actually a Blue Floyd in the states - a part-time band featuring members of Govt. Mule and The Black Crowes who do blues interpretations of Floyd songs.
No idea what they sound like though.

There's

Blues Traveller
The Moody Blues
The Blues Brothers
Blue Oyster Cult
Georgie Fame & The Blue Flames

performing Out Of The Blue at the House of Blues

playing Bluegrass & Rhythm & Blues, Rhapsody in Blue, Summertime Blues, A Blues for Bhudda, Blueberry Hill,  Blue Suede Shoes, Tom Traubert's Blues, Deacon Blue, Makin' their Brown Eyes Blue, but Behind Blue Eyes, you'll be wonderwing whether Blue men sing the whites...

Later, Mr. Blue Sky will be looking through My Blue Window, at Blue Hawaii's sights and sounds until the EMpty Pocket Blues strike but you can always wear your Blue Velvet, just once, in a Very Blue moon, singing the Natural Blues.
