Can anyone tell me which album(s) Flatback Caper appears on?

I was just having a look at it and would like to hear it - what's in the songbook has me intrigued, not least how to deal with a time signature change from 4/4 to 6/8.  9/8's easy enough, it's just 3/4 in disguise  Shocked (don't tell any music theorists I said that  Grin) but 4/4 to 6/8 has me confounded although the metro-mo-gnome might be putting me off a tad.

Bizzarely enough...

My grandfather was Ronald Cooper and his daughter (my Aunt) was Miss Susan Cooper - until she married of course... How's that for a co-incidence!

The first section of the track is called "Miss Susan Cooper", written by a Ronald Cooper, but I'm sure I'd have been told if it was my grandfather...

Listen to Lark In The Morning from L&L, tap your foot to 2 beats in a bar in the first tune, then carry on with the same beat into the second tune.....or just ask a drummer Smiley

Anna, there was some discussion several months ago regarding Flatback in the "8 stringers" thread in Musician Talk. I learned Flatback on mando from Songbook 2 last year. It was a fantastic experience learning to play it. As I stated in the 8 stringers thread I'd love to record it with guitar and bass but with all the sig changes etc I'm really unsure how to go about making a seamless recording, being that I'm a extreme novice at recording.

I guess I just have to sit down and try and see what happens. Smiley
