I see a July show with Swarb and the Jason Wilson Band at Hugh's Room in Toronto has been cancelled.  No info on Swarb's or JWB's official site.

Anyone know whether there will be a Swarb grand tour of Canada in July 2011, or anytime?

Just to reply/add further, the July 13th gig in Toronto has probably been cancelled as it falls in between the Vancouver Island musicfest and the Vancouver folk festival - no sense flying 4500 miles for a one off.  Swarb/Gaughan/Wilson are due to appear at two further festivals in Alberta after thier BC appearances..that would seem to be the extent of the Canada tour, unless they are offered some club gigs in the areas where the festivals are, which tends to happen as the cost to the club promoter is less if the artist is already on hand for the festival (that's how Bellowhead came to play a small-ish show here a couple of years ago after headlining the folk festival).
