It’s the sort of line up which would probably keep me well-occupied all weekend but, crucially, doesn’t have the magic element to tip me over the edge to actually get a ticket.

It's somewhat diminished by the fact that the first name you see is just about the weakest act on the whole bill.

If you mean Richard Ashcroft I would have agreed with you six months ago (not one of my likes) but we saw him supporting The Who in August and I was very pleasantly surprised and hadn't expected to be.
If you can, I'd recommend going as it's a lovely festival all round.
