Andy:
All he's done is to point out some inaccuracies and that he has found parts of the book hurtful. I think he's earned the right to say something in public if he wants to, especially given that he was not consulted at all before the book was published.

Nigel's replies illuminate some of the reasons for the book's shortcomings. Which is interesting for onlookers.
