Fairport Benelux tour in October

Just in, an email from FC's European agent Arts & Music: Benelux dates are in the pipeline for October (no mention of other countries in that mail). It's apparently again without Peggy, and no substitute bassist either (but with Gerry). More on the site in due course, I assume.
I've declined, as we stopped doing gigs in Grolloo - hope other gigs materialize ...

For starters, the bastards should go to gigs in their own village. Only the village idiot was there last time when FC played (and I am not kidding) - well there were more people of course  , but they came from way further away. Lord get us out of this place (we're working on it, there's a handful of reasons). Topic drift! Anyway: no more Grolloo (folky-) gigs, period ...
