It's worth 9 quid just to have the very best version of 'Rain' ever...still one of my favourite Cropredy performances ever
Quite so! But then, how many versions are there. A great Fabs song but not an oft covered one. |

Really??? I love Immaculate Fools. I have their first two albums and saw them live in the early 80's supporting Tom Robinson. I must try and track this down. It's actually "A Festival of Folk" (1996 DEMPCD 002) now I look more closely. According to the sleevenotes Rain is taken from the album "Woodhouse" COOKCD085. Hope that helps. |

Well, the bit at the beggining is the Woodworm Studios in Barford St Michael, but the house that Chris and son are morrising outside of is the 'Woodworm Hilton' which is either in Cropredy or BStM. |

They don't own the studio (or the Hilton any more(all got sold off when the peggs broke up)) But it is still a studio - great place! http://www.woodwormmusic.com/The Hilton/Woodworm studio used to be in Cropredy (by the old post office) But peggy moved to barford and took the names with him. |
