That's very spooky BD, I was just going to start a thread about the toast.
Going to do it now.

What a lovely idea to scatter Brav's ashes in the festival field. It looks like they had an emotional but joyous time. Cry

And the bullocks joined them  Smiley

Just seen the article on the website.  How very moving and fitting it all sounds... and how wonderful to be so loved and respected by so many.

Only read the sad news today and can´t believe it ! We haven´t been to the festival for a few years due to work commitments - but I remember him like it was only yesterday !
He was such a great guy , with a great sense of humour  - I still wear a T-Shirt he gave to me.
My condolences , if very late but really heartfelt, go to his family and friends - and of course to all Fairporters.
It will be hard to fill the gap he left .

Meet on the ledge, Rob ! Cry

I was also deeply saddened by this news which Andrea conveyed to me today.
We met Rob for the first time 12 years ago whilst working with a band supporting Fairport in Germany and were always greeted with kindness every time we met since then.

He will be missed.

Rock on Rob it was great to have known you.
