Group A

Guitar vocal v 1000 years of popular music
Acrossa crowded room v Pour Down Like Silver
You me Us v I want to see the bright lights tonight
Henry The Human Fly v Mirror Blue
Hand of Kindness v Hokey Pokey A draw, coin tossed HoK wins
Industry v Stricyt Tempo
Front Parlour Ballads v Sunnyvista

Group B

The Bones Of All men v Mock Tudor
Grizzly man v First Light
Sweet talker v Shoot Out The lights
Amnesia v Small Town Romance
In Concert November 1975 v DAring Adventures
Saturday Rolling Around v Rumour & Sigh
Sweet warrior v The Old Kit Bag

Always a bit soft for RT:s earlier work, Hokey Pokey has always had a top spot in my heart but when challenged by Hand Of Kindness, HoK was almost the only album that could beat HP. Tough!  Cool

Can we start a Steeleye one on the other board?

Feel free Ollie but somebody else will have to take it on as I know nothing about Steeleye Span.

Again, what he said!  Wink

As for Sweet Talker, not really but there are two or three good songs on there and two nice instrumentals in the title track and the original version of Persuasion.

Erm. Sorry to be a pedant but In Concert 1975 seems to have progressed despite its defeat by Daring Adventures whilst the triumphant Guitar Vocal has been inadvertently eliminated.

Also Henry the Human Fly failed to make it to the next round despite easily beating Mirror Blue, whilst Industry and Strict Tempo advanced after clashing earlier. OOOOPS  Embarrassed

I think what has happened is that Strict Tempo and In Concert have been included as the two lucky losers (presumably In Concert beating out Hokey Pokey on a flip of a coin as they both lost by the same score) but both Guitar Vocal and Henry The Human Fly accidentally omitted.  Can they be added as the last match or do we need to redraw?  Assuming the former, my votes below.

That's absolutely right. Sorry everyone. I was having IT problems last night and my broadband crashed while I was in the middle of posting the draw. It was all a bit of a trauma. The last game must have got missed off when I was re-posting.  Embarrassed Embarrassed Embarrassed

That is, however how the draw worked out.

On the lucky loser issue, it was the top one from each group.

Thanks for picking this up. Can everyone who hasn't done so add their vote for the last match.

Mine is

Guitar Vocal v Henry the Human Fly

Thanks & sorry again.
