Oh dear! He was winning after the first round, but the RT specialist's general knowledge rather let him down - twelve passes...

Ashamed to say I got 10 of the RT questions, but only 5 on Shakespeare.

The chatting bit at the start of the general knowledge round is heavily cut in the edit

Anyone notice that the lady announcer at the beginning said the subjects included Stephen King? As did pressing the 'i' button on the remote.

The poor bloke.

I got about 7 of the RT questions right-not bad as I only just rushed in the door from collecting my son from uni.

He seemed to get a complete mind freeze during the general knowledge.Still they are all easy when you are on your on couch rather than the big chair

My favourite part of "Mastermind" is matching the contestants with their specialist subjects before they start. Mr Upstone was the only one I got right in that episode...
