I dearly wish it was good. They need a better DM.

That fellow is marching to his own beat. Unfortunately, the band is following another.

I love these guys! ;D

They do Walk Awhile too. I think the drummer does a bit better on this one though it's not an easy song to play. We're used to Simon & co making it look so effortless

My favourite Fairport collectible in my collection is an original Japanese edition of Nine. It includes a lyric sheet with Japanese and English lyrics, with the latter clearly having been translated from the former, with predictably laughable results. To my knowledge none of the original British FC albums had lyric sheets until Rising for the Moon.

Yes, that looks to be the one David. I remember buying it from Colletts in Charing Cross Road, which was first flooded out and then demolished (along with the Astoria, where I saw Camel, Focus, Nektar etc) to make way for the Tottenham Court Road stop of the Elizabeth Line.

Excellent.  I remember Collets well.

At least the singing was vaguely in tune with the instruments - unlike Lord Sutch, who according to Ritchie Blackmore tended to sing up to 2 keys lower than the Savages were playing, otherwise awful!!
